Wedding Services & Rates Overview

Every wedding is unique, which is why my services are customized to fit your vision, venue, and timeline. I offer DJ, Emcee/Host, and Day-of Facilitation. Rates vary based on venue size, setup needs, travel, and event scope.

General Rate 

Standard wedding packages start at $1500 and can vary based on all the additions, travel and the time commitment. 

Services

DJ – The heartbeat of the celebration. I curate a soundtrack that reflects your vision, read the room to keep the dance floor full, and guide the mood from ceremony to last dance.

Emcee/Host – Clear, engaging announcements that connect moments, guide guests, and keep the celebration flowing naturally while keeping the focus on the couple.

Facilitator – Behind-the-scenes leadership that ensures a smooth, stress-free day. I manage the itinerary, troubleshoot, and keep everything on track so you can simply enjoy.

Why Rates Vary

• Event Scope – Reception-only is most cost-effective. Adding ceremony coverage requires a second setup.

• Venue Size & Layout – Large or multi-room venues may require extra sound systems.

• Time on Site – Setup, soundcheck, extended receptions, and after-parties affect coverage hours.

• Travel – Mileage, weather, and late-night returns may require lodging.

• Equipment Needs – Separate systems for ceremony/cocktail/reception, additional microphones, or lighting.
  
  

Common Scenarios

• Reception Only – One setup, full DJ + emcee services. Most affordable.

• Ceremony + Reception (Different Spaces) – Two setups for seamless transitions.

• Ceremony + Cocktail Hour + Reception – Two to three setups; higher coordination.

• Large Venue / 250+ Guests – Expanded sound coverage and additional time for setup.
